These terms and conditions (“Agreement”) set forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the Bella's Hacienda website (“Website” or “Service”) and any of its related products and services. This Agreement is legally binding between you (“User”, “you” or “your”) and Bella's Hacienda (“Bella's Hacienda”, “we”, “us” or “our”). By accessing and using the Website and Services, submitting an inquiry, scheduling an appointment, placing a reservation deposit, or visiting our property, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. These Terms & Conditions are intended to maintain a safe, respectful, lawful, and professional environment for all guests, staff, entertainers, and visitors.
1. Eligibility & Legal Compliance
All guests must be at least eighteen (18) years of age to use the Website and Services, and must provide valid government-issued identification upon arrival. Bella’s Hacienda operates in compliance with applicable Nevada laws and local regulations. Any unlawful activity, solicitation outside permitted legal boundaries, harassment, violence, trafficking-related conduct, coercion, or non-consensual behavior is strictly prohibited and may result in refusal of service, removal from the premises, and notification of law enforcement when appropriate.
2. Reservation Deposit Policy
Because Bella’s Hacienda prepares personalized accommodations and schedules private time exclusively for each guest, all reservation deposits are considered commitment deposits. By placing a reservation deposit, guests agree to these terms and authorize Bella’s Hacienda to charge the agreed amount to the payment method provided.
3. Reservations, Deposits & Billing Details
Certain reservations, accommodations, specialty requests, extended visits, transportation arrangements, or private experiences may require a credit card deposit.
Currency: All online transactions and reservation deposits are processed in US Dollars (USD).
Delivery Policy: Deposits are used to reserve staff time, accommodations, and operational preparation. The remaining balance for all accommodations and services must be paid in-person upon arrival at the property.
By submitting payment information, the guest authorizes Bella’s Hacienda to charge the agreed deposit amount to the payment method provided. We reserve the right to refuse any order or reservation you place with us and may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person.
4. Cancellation Policy
We kindly ask that any cancellation or rescheduling request be made at least 48 hours in advance. Deposits canceled with proper notice may be transferred one time toward a future booking within 30 days. Deposits canceled without sufficient notice are non-refundable. No-shows, late arrivals exceeding one hour without communication, or same-day cancellations will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
5. Credit Card Authorization & Chargebacks
By providing payment information, the guest confirms:
They are an authorized user of the payment method provided.
Billing information submitted is accurate.
They understand and agree to the cancellation and deposit policies before payment is processed.
Fraudulent chargebacks or payment disputes submitted after reserved accommodations, scheduled time, or services have been provided may be contested using available documentation, including signed agreements, reservation records, communication history, payment authorizations, security records, and identification verification. Guests agree to attempt good-faith communication with management prior to initiating any payment dispute.
6. Conduct Expectations & Right to Refuse Service
Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward entertainers, staff, and other visitors at all times. Prohibited conduct includes harassment, threatening behavior, violence, non-consensual activity, excessive intoxication, property damage, illegal drug activity, recording without consent, and attempts to negotiate unlawful activity. Bella’s Hacienda reserves the right to verify identification, refuse service, cancel reservations, remove individuals from the premises, and contact authorities when necessary. Safety, discretion, professionalism, and consent remain top operational priorities.
